The University of Nyíregyháza awaits those interested with lectures and laboratory presentations in the virtual space on the occasion of the Researchers’ Night on Friday.
The first program of the event, which begins at five o’clock in the afternoon, will lead to the university’s anatomy lab, where an audience and anatomical and anthropological curiosities will await the audience. After the lecture on the experience of digital education, in practice, first the production of photopolymer resin and then the drying experiments with solid and liquid materials will be presented by experts.
Topics will include research and analysis on nutrient management, the development of dual training and flood protection, and further lectures will focus on urban image and the relationship between militant democracies and Islamic terrorism.
Researchers’ Night is a free series of events across Europe to promote science and research careers. In Hungary, on the night of the first Researchers in 2005, only a few institutions opened their doors and organized programs, but last year 2,000 programs were waiting for the many tens of thousands of people in more than 200 locations in almost 50 Hungarian settlements. In 2019, more than one million people from around half a thousand cities across Europe took part in the celebration of science and innovation.
